Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your beach towel order processed and dispatched within one (1) business day.
Orders within Australia should arrive within five (5) business days.International orders will take longer, depending on where you’re located.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide and express delivery in Australia for $12.99.
International shipping is $12.99.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Which courier is my order shipped with?
All orders - Australian and international - are shipped with AusPost.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once the order of your big beautiful towel is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking code.
I made a mistake with my address. What can I do?
Please visit our Contact Us page as soon as possible to let us know. We may be able to assist.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you have an issue with delivery, head to our Contact Us page and fill in the form to let us know.
I'm buying a gift and don't want the recipient to see the price, is that possible?
Of course. An Anchor Beach Co. beach towel is the perfect gift for people who love the beach, travel, yoga, pilates, camping or lovely colours and we wouldn’t want to spoil that!
We don't include the price on our packing slips in any orders.
About our towels
What does ‘sand secured’ mean?
Our trendy beach towels feature hidden pockets underneath that you can fill with sand and keep your towel anchored. Bid goodbye to the days of your towel blowing away at the beach. If it isn’t windy, the sand-filled pockets make a great head or foot rest for the beach!
How do I sand secure my towel?
Securing your towel with sand is as easy as A-B-C! Flip the shorter sides of your towel over so the pocket is on show. Throw handfuls of sand into the pockets - if it’s particularly gusty, fill it up. Flip the edge back over so it’s flat on the ground again.
When you need to remove the sand, simply flip the edge back over and the sand should fall out easily with a little shake.
Do I have to use the pockets if it isn't windy?
Not at all! We’ve designed the pockets to be discreet and on the underside of the towel.

What else can I use the pockets for?
The world is your sand-secured oyster! If you don’t need to fill it with sand, use the pockets to hide your phone or wallet. You could even stow a snack or your sunscreen in there!
What is my towel made out of?
The fabric of our beach towels is a blend of polyester and polyamide fibers. These materials make your towel smooth and soft on the skin while keeping it sand free.
How do I wash my towel?
This is a super easy to wash towel! Clean in a cold machine wash at 30°C / 86°F. No need to use bleach or fabric softener. A low heat tumble dry or iron is fine, but skip the dry cleaning!
